The High Performance Coaching Program (HPCP)

By aligning individual development goals with organizational goals and objectives, The High-Performance Coaching Program (HPCP) can impact overall achievement and help reach organizational goals and career objectives.

HPCP is a 6-month program, with weekly sessions alternating in two directions that are crucial for increasing business performance. The timeline can be adjusted according to the goals and action plan.

1. Increasing Personal Performance to Boost Business Performance

HPCP is focusing on increasing entrepreneurs’/ managers’/ professionals’ own performance, aligned with the company’s goals.

We START with coaching sessions and professional tests that will help you to better assess your strengths and areas of improvement.

We’ll talk about the most important tasks and responsibilities you need to accomplish in your company and/or department, the expected results, areas of improvement and where should you start.

THEN we continue with coaching sessions that help you improve areas that are essential to your own performance, as well as the company’s.
We facilitate your learning process, mapping the way to increase performance and drafting the implementation plan.

2. ACHIEVING GOALS: on the other side, HPCP facilitates achieving well-defined work performance and business goals.

HPCP is highly focused on achieving goals, and the first step is to analyze your main direction of improvement.

For example:
This part of the High-Performance Coaching Program (HPCP) is based on the GROW Model (originally developed by business coaches Graham Alexander, Alan Fine, and Sir John Whitmore), and our own DO IT frame, which will help you IMPLEMENT your findings and REACH YOUR GOALS.

The first frame - GROW:

Goals

Setting goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable (but Challenging!), Relevant, and Time-related (SMART)

Reality

Assessing the current situation: obstacles, resources (including strengths), opportunities, etc

Options

which solutions you might have to reach the goal/s? Which options would you put on a shortlist? We’ll use goal mapping for assessing the timeline, steps, resources, etc for each option on the shortlist.

Way Forward

What path will you choose to follow for reaching your goal?

The NEXT stage - DO IT:
