Violeta Klein, MBA, ICF ACC
Violeta brings to her role as a coach an extensive work experience in Management Consulting, Project & Operations Management. She has over 15 years of experience working with SMEs in different stages of their evolution, helping entrepreneurs and managers to solve their most critical problems. Violeta is passionate about tech & tech-related start-ups and the progress they bring to the world.
She holds an MBA, an ICF ACC credential and an ICF-accredited Advanced Diploma in Coaching – Violeta completed a 150-hours Coaching Training Program with the Institute of Coaching Studies (Dublin, Ireland). She has a keen interest in Psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and the possibilities they offer to understand human behavior.
Violeta’s ambition is to help committed managers, entrepreneurs, and specialists in SMEs build thriving businesses that have a positive impact on their local communities and support the world to move forward.
Violeta is based in Munich, Germany. She is specialized in Performance Coaching, Leadership Coaching, and Remote Teams Management Coaching, and she works with clients from around the world.
Mark Anderson
Mark has over 20 years of business experience leading successful delivery teams, managing customer contracts, and leading business change with global IT Service organizations. He believes that coaching is the best way to unlock people’s potential and equip them to improve their resilience, results, and personal satisfaction in their career and life.
Mark has extensive experience working with internationally diverse teams, navigating organizational politics, and achieving win-win outcomes with partners.
He has invested in coaching and mentoring his teams over the last ten years with a focus on Personal Performance, Leadership, and Career Development. As a senior leader, Mark coaches other Leaders and has completed the ICF- Accredited Coach Training Program- Level 1 with the Institute of Coaching Studies.
